This is 2 events in one, there is a 10 mile run which is 1 lap and a 20 mile run which is 2 laps, both races will start at the same time.
Numbers will be collected on the morning of the event from the registration tent which will be located at the start/finish area.
The course will use Pontcanna Fields and Bute Park before heading north along the Taff Trail to Haley Park, where you will turn and head for home. The course will run on tarmac paths.
