Project Description

A finest architectural project on the romantic coast of Adriatic See on the Island of Mali Losinj, Hotel Bellevue has upgraded it's famous wellness area for their guest.
In order to create a warm and soothing atmosphere, renovation project has placed emphasis on the large vertical structural glass to create suitable light and comfort area.
Glass has been produced in large scale up to 3000mm tall with structural relief and very light gold reflective color in order to create "golden atmosphere". The glass has been placed all around the space area following the curves of the space.
The project took place in spring 2020, following the production time of 3 months and cost of 200.000 Eur for the glass only.

Materials Used

Hand made structural relief glass with reflective glass color, with thickness that varies from 8 - 12mm. Large pieces that follow the shape of the curves in the space give a more dynamic flow and enlarges the space. Glass has a specific light gold color on the inner side that reflects the light and distributes it thru out the area to provide a calm atmosphere. Structure and relief have been hand carved by artist in our factory with guidance of the architect Mr.Rusan.
